Gear mechining and thermal treatment; 3. CNC stretch forming for the gasoline tanks; 4. Aluminum alloy low pressure casting; 5. Aluminum alloy frame welding; 6. Motorcycle and engine assembly; 7. Salary system: the company's creative "qualification management" system is not based on the cadre posts without any post subsidies; it is also not based on the working years and subsidies will not be given for the staffs' working for many years; the only basis is the work ability, i.e., the qualification to do something, after a staff has mastered a skill and is qualified to work independently, his/her qualification grade will be up-regulated. The initial qualification grade of the newly employed graduates is determined according to their school categories and rankings, specialty nature, academic degrees and recruitment exam results.
